Please allow 3-4 days for order processing.

We offer shipping within the U.S. and internationally via our partner USPS.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.:

• Standard
• Ground (no PO Boxes)
• Expedited (no PO Boxes)

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order by logging in to your account on notatyourservice.us

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it's been over 48 hours without an update please contact us.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of tracking stating it has been delivered. You can contact Customer Service directly by clicking ship@notatyourservice.us

RETURNS

To begin a return purchased on notatyourservice.us please contact returns@notatyourservice.us

We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on notatyourservice.us if they are requested within 21 days of the date your order was shipped. Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit are free! Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:

• $7.99 restocking fee when you return via UPS pre-paid mailed label
• $0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
